the Renter, the Renter shall be fully responsible

be adjusted with the situation and condition
of the respective branch offices of Bali
Happy

DAY USE
Day use for 1 (one) day is 24 (twenty four) hours
for self drive |

BOOKING CHARGE
Booking charge is the car rental order charge
paid prior to the rental. The booking charge is
25% of the use plan of the car and the balance
should have been paid at the time of collection
of the car. In certain cases, the sum of the booking
charge will be adjusted with the situation and
condition of the respective of Bali Happy |

INSURANCE
This car rates is inclusive insurance.
This car rates excluded insurance |
- If in case happen accident damage or theft
or the car or any part of it, will be customer
own risk for only USD 500,-
- The renter can use day insurance and will
be explain by Bali Happy Rent Car

SERVICE
If damage / break down of the car occurs, the
Renter is obliged to report the damage to Bali
Happy and Bali Happy provide a replacement car
to the rental. The replacement car shall be of
the same class with the car replaced or one grade
higher . In the event that Bali Happy could not
provide a replacement car, Bali Happy will give
compensation to the renter, the calculation of
which will be done at the Bali happy Office |

CANCELLATION
Any cancellation made by the client (1 day prior
to the service date, particularly after 12.00
am) |
- During normal period ; 25% of one day usage
rate will be applied for any received cancellation
from the client
- During high season ; 50% of one day usage
rate will be applied for any received cancellation
from the client
- For no show without any notification from
the first party is subject to he 50% of the
usage rate

PROHIBITIONS ON THE CAR USAGE
During the use of the rental car, the Renter is
prohibited to do the following |
- To use the car for bringing goods or loading
the car in excess of the standard weight limitation
determined by the factory
- To use the car for purposes contrary to
the law
- To drive the car under the influence of
drugs or alcoholic drink
- To make modification upon the original shape
of the car, to add or omit genuine equipment
and or accessories of the car
- To use the car for demonstration, race,
rally and political campaign
- To transfer the ownership, to pledge, to
re-rent to other parties or to use the car
for commercial purposes
- To carry strongly smelled luggage
- To carry chemical materials, which should
be carried by appropriate vehicles
· To use the car recklessly
· To use the car for driving lesson.
Any consequences arising from violation of
the above provisions will be the responsibility
of the Renter

CHECKLIST
Checklist is a valid evidence of handover of the
joint inspection result by the Renter and the
official of BALI HAPPY on the rented car, and
the check list sheet shall be signed by both parties.
The inspection and signing shall be done at the
time the car will be handed over to the Renter
(checklist out) and at the time the rented car
is returned to BALI HAPPY (Checklist in). This
Check List shall subsequently be used as the basis
for the improvement of the deductible / own risk

TRANSFER
Return transfer for car's renter ( Airport / Office
/ Airport ) or ( Airport / Hotel / Airport ) or
( Hotel / Office / Hotel ) is free. Transfer can
only handle for Denpasar, Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua,
Ubud area. |
